A lot has changed in the world since the Turn, fifty years ago. It's normal to see a living vamp walking around Queen City Square. The shop down the block has been a charms shop owned by that little old lady you thought was just someone's grandma. It's all so different now. Most of the Inderlanders have taking up the low end communities, leaving the rich places to the human. Unless of course that neighbor of yours is actually an Elf. The atmosphere is the same, it's killed or be killed here. Don't walk alone in the dark. It might not just be a normal mugger that will find you.
A rash of human deaths have been reported as well as Inderlander deaths.
Who's jurisdiction is it? Who knows. With a rogue Black witch able to summon
