Staff Members Needed!

+ So I need some staff members! There are 4 positions up for tryouts: Character Mod, Store Mod, IC Mod, and OOC Mod. The responsibilities of ALL staff are as follows:
- - - Accept/decline characters
- - - Vote in royalty auditions
- - - Judge battles
- - - Answer member/guest questions

Anyone applying to be staff should have experience in doing all of those things.

+ CHARACTER MOD //
- - - Main mod who accepts/declines new character profiles and updates Character Index accordingly.
- - - Monitors Retire board and updates Character Index accordingly.
- - - Monitors breeding threads and accepts foal accounts.

^ This person should have a lot of experience accepting characters on other sites. They should know what to look for in character applications and should also be able to explain to a member what they did wrong while still maintaining a friendly conversation. This person should also have a good understanding of UBBC code, as they will be updating the Character Index frequently.

+ STORE MOD //
- - - Responsible for all store item transactions.
- - - Keeps up with royalty pay every month.
- - - Distributes prizes for contest winnings.

^ The store stuff on here is a bit different from a lot of other sites, so whoever this ends up being, I will help you get the knack of it to start off as it might be a bit confusing. This person should be familiar with the Monetary System plugin for ProBoards, and should be able to easily edit, add, and remove member money. They should also be familiar with how the Monetary Shop plugin works, and should be able to remove items from member profiles as well as be able to gift members items if they've won a contest or something similar. Note that this member will basically have unlimited Aurum, as they'll have to purchase store items in order to gift them as prizes to other members. Therefore, this person will need to have an immense sense of honesty and trustworthiness, as I'll be giving them the ability to buy anything in the store with their OOC account.

+ IC MOD //
- - - Monitors all in character threads for inappropriate content, powerplaying, etc.
- - - In charge of archiving threads older than 2 months in all IC boards.
- - - Main staff member who judges battles.

^ This person should have a great deal of passion and care when it comes to keeping the game fun and light-hearted for everyone. They should be interested in the IC happenings of the site, and should be willing to read, or at least skim through, nearly every IC post made on the site, if only to check for powerplaying and inappropriate content. They should also have a lot of experience judging battles, and should be absolutely committed to fairness in the game.

+ OOC MOD //
- - - Monitors all ooc threads for inappropriate content, rudeness, and bullying.
- - - In charge of archiving threads older than 2 months in all OOC boards.
- - - Monitors cbox for inappropriate conversation, rudeness, and bullying. Has cbox administrative powers.

^ This person should be very active, especially in the cbox, as basically their entire job will be to watch for bullying and rudeness all across the site. They will have admin powers in the cbox, so they will be able to ban anyone who is being rude to any member or guest. They should have a VERY high tolerance for bullying, meaning they don't get affected easily by people trying to piss them off. They should be very kind and outgoing, and should be able to answer questions in the cbox to new members or to guests thinking about joining.

+ Anyone who applies to be staff acknowledges that if they go more than 1 week without keeping up with their staff duties that they will be terminated from staff. I've been running horse RPGs for a LONG time folks... I can't keep people on staff who say they're really interested in helping out and just disappear after a month.
