All members of the Noble Ranks are permitted as many servants as they would like, they need only notify the Queen of any new additions to their household. In addition, anyone of a notable rank should inform the Queen of new births, so as to ensure said offspring are given the deserved title. The Queen may be approached in matters regarding commoners seeking servant positions, but all other interested parties should approach the highest ranking of their sought position, such as a Head Priest or Priestess or the General. The Queen may assign and reassign ranks at will, and may elevate or lower the rank of any individual or group as she deems it. She may assign servants to nobility and other official if she so chooses, as well as add ranks to this list, and remove them. The Queen may be approached regarding any questions related to this, but she is under no obligation to change any of the titles or individuals holding the titles. If an individual, of any title, holds knowledge that may incriminate a titled member of society, they are under obligation to bring such information forward immediately, or face legal ramifications in the future should it be found that such information was not revealed.
