X. New members are to report to the Queen to discuss ranking. If you choose not to be ranked, you will be added wherever she sees fit or considered a general census herd member.
X. As of 4/3/16, all other Kingdoms are allied with Boreas. You will treat all Royals with respect, as well as any higher up than yourself.
X. The Queen asks that any and all new members seek her out to discuss ranking. If you do not feel you fit within her circle, you will be added to the general census to be decided later, or to remain a loyal herd member at all times.
X. Any prisoners within the Borean lands are under the care of their Keepers, and are to remain unharmed unless stated otherwise by the Council.
X. Anyone seeking refuge is welcome in Borean land, but be warned: You are under the careful watch of the Queen and her Council. Do not underestimate any of them.
X. Challenges for ranks are welcome, but preferred approval of the Queen before such happening is appreciated. Please remember to follow the official battle rules and format!
X. Impure bloodlines are bottom of the barrel in placement of Boreas; they will uprank someone only, and if, they surpass the Queens expectations.
X. Anyone thought of treason will be sought after and imprisoned until they new with the Council for a trial. Punishments vary between severity of the case.
