Recorded at the Queen's discretion, an explanation of ranks and positions for the benefit of recipients of high status and the semi-literate.
NOTE; individual titles may be assigned to embellish or replace established titles, such as Mesnyi being the "Queen of Jasmine" instead of just "Queen." A female that becomes the next queen will not likely share the same title. It is the Queen's decision to add to given titles, but they may be requested IC or OOC.
SERVANTS; can be requested OOC and IC. If your character wants to be a servant, PM me (muirgen) or get in contact with Mesnyi IC. Servants are a minor rank, and therefore can be chosen by nobility and other royals that might want their own servants. If you have a noble character that has met IC with potential servants, and THE PLAYER OF SAID SERVANT(S) HAS AGREED FOR THEIR CHARACTER TO ACCEPT THAT POSITION, you may PM me with who it is and who's servant they are. It is preferable for the player(s) of the potential servant character(s) to be included in the PM requesting updated ranks.
*** Ranks: Most important ranks, these have the highest activity expectations.
** Ranks: Secondary, but still important ranks, with high but less strict activity requirements.
*** and ** ranks may be requested to participate in IC activity meetings on the same or different occasions. These are ranks that can be stripped from your character should you/it prove inactive. Non-starred ranks can still be stripped but will only do so after extended inactivity or other extenuated circumstances.

The "ROYAL COURT" includes the royalty and nobility, and may be requested to meet on occasion. On special occasions, the Royal Court, Council of Three, and/or Council of Elders, and/or the General may all meet at once.
REGARDING NOBILITY; The holders of corresponding gendered ranks do not have to be romantically involved/mates for life aka "married," they might not even know each other and are placed there at the Queen's discretion. The monogamous mates of nobility may be assigned a secondary ranking as a "spouse," but will NOT hold the power the actual rank holder will. The two holders of the ranked gendered titles are equal. The Duke and Duchess hold equal power to EACH OTHER. The Marquis and Marchioness hold power equal to EACH OTHER, but less power than the Duke or Duchess.
If your character is a hermaphrodite/trans/etc, please contact me OOCly so that we can discuss what title or version of the title your character will be receiving.

Remember that horse's can't hide or change their genitalia so keep this in mind if you want a horse that mentally feels they are a different gender to join an order for a specific gender. This is not meant to exclude, but to be realistic. Izar's Order may be best for your horse - a gender-neutral "priest" section can be made or your horse can just be added to their preferred gender one if they are a hermaphrodite.

INITIATES OF ZERUA newbie priestesses - typically young mares/older fillies. Most characters that gain positions OOCly or would like heir history to include being a priestess will be assigned Priestess positions, not Initiate positions. Unlimited.

The "COUNCIL OF THREE" consists of the three Head Priest(esses), and they serve to advise the Queen and King on religious and societal matters.
***GENERAL OF THE HOLY MILITARY the leader of the army. should be experienced with war and have a healthy religious Asterian outlook (take that with a grain of salt, if your character is a good general, they're a good general). Does NOT have direct command over the Royal Guard.
ITS PALADINS Members of the army. Any gender.
In the future, the army may be expanded to include various positions of authority, should grow to a certain size.
